The Shamanic Journey

Susan crosses the bridge from the ego awareness of the left brain into the deeper connectedness of the right brain. Here she enters an altered state of consciousness and can directly access spiritual guidance. The purpose of the journey is to be shown what aspects of the soul the individual is ready to heal and provide the necessary support for that to take place.

Shamanic Insight

Shamanic Insight allows Susan to “see” old energetic wounds, ancestral history, patterns and agreements from the past. Information is revealed in stories, images, symbols and geometry. Susan then assists in energetically releasing what no longer serves the individual.

Sound Healing

Every emotion has its own vibratory signature as does each organ and tissue in our body. When we are physically and emotionally healthy our vibrations are coherent. In a state of dis-ease, they vibrate incoherently. During Sound Healing, Susan’s toning “unwinds” and releases incoherent emotions. She then recreates the vibratory field of harmony and health unique to the individual.

Energy Medicine

Energy Medicine activates physical, psychological and spiritual healing by stimulating the flow of energy within the vast network of chakras, meridians, grids and aura. Simple movement exercises, tapping and holding of acupressure points and tracing energy pathways along the body enables the proper movement of energy. In turn, this releases dis-ease within the physical and emotional bodies and helps to shift thought patterns of judgement and control.

Self-Inquiry

Susan encourages individuals to reflect on how they judge and criticize themselves and others. Previously these mental habits served as the framework for protecting the wounded, fragmented soul. But as the wounds heal, the process of self-inquiry helps individuals discover that their judgements are outdated. More loving and fulfilling truths by which they can chose to live are revealed.

Earth-Based Remedies

The Earth provides us with limitless resources to assist in our healing. Flower essences and oils contain the frequency of the plants from which they are made. In very small amounts their coherent energy pattern will resonate in our energy system and enhance our capacity to heal. Crystals assist in a similar fashion, by amplifying the desired frequency as the shifting of our vibratory patterns takes place. Susan selects remedies based on individual needs.
