Step One:

You are encouraged to set an intention for your session. Susan has a list of questions and a fun basket of earth objects that help you access your intentions, should you need it. We take a few moments to become centered and present then, with your permission, the deep work begins. You relax, lying down on a massage table and music is played. During a session you may experience a deep sense of relaxation or state of meditation. You may see colors or feel energy moving in your body. At some points we will interact and discuss what is happening; at other times we will be silent.

Step Two:

Susan begins by shifting into an altered state of consciousness, moving from left-brain to right-brain awareness, journeying into the non-physical realms of the soul. She is shown, at the deepest levels, what it is you wish to heal.

 

 

Step Three:

At this time, each session will reflect the individual’s unique intention for healing. As the soul’s energy is reintegrated, realigned, and restored, Susan will use a combination of shamanic journeying and insight, sound healing and energy medicine to assist you in your process. She may ask you to shift your awareness to parts of your physical or energetic body and assist you as you release emotions that are stored there and now no longer serve you. Tools such as crystals, feathers, rattles, flower essences and essential oils may be used to compliment the process.

Step Four:

Susan will use her voice to tone in a frequency that matches the frequency of the healing that has taken place. As mentioned earlier, we are vibrating fields of energy. So by recreating a coherent frequency of health and well-being through toning, Susan reinforces your new connection to that deeper part of yourself.

 

 

Step Five:

We always take time to reflect on the process. You share your experiences and insights and I share what I discovered and observed as I assisted you in your healing. This verbal time that we share is useful in helping you ground the experience in the physical world where you will live and act as a more whole and integrated self, making choices about how you will live and relate to others.

 

Step Six:

Susan encourages you to do homework. What and who you attract will shift as a result of this work. So pay attention; be present. She may offer some specific tools such as mudras, energy tapping techniques, mantras and meditation themes. Journaling is always encouraged. And so is having fun!

This transformative work shifts all aspects of being: emotional, mental, physical and spiritual. Just as each session is unique, so, too, is the individual’s response to it and their timetable for integrating the changes. After a session you may feel more grounded, lighter or peaceful. You may be giddy or very tired. The changes may feel unsettling; you may actually feel a bit nauseous. Or you may have no awareness of the change at all. But, rest assured, you have set the process into motion. And whether the integration takes a month or a year, the healing has begun!
