Be Inspired – Live Upward

I am pleased to offer you a collection of interactive and transformative events: presentations, programs and readings, all designed to inspire new insights and encourage practices for living upward.

It is my intention that each of you who attends an event will experience an “aha moment” in which you discover a simple truth that has been waiting for you in plain sight. And, although simple and seemingly mundane, it will have deep and profound meaning in your everyday life. And when you go home with this new nugget of truth, you will know that you are living upward. You are on the path and you are practicing what is truly beneficial to you and to the benefit of all.

Since 2015 Susan has provided our center with a variety of programs for survivors of victimization that teach skills related to self-regulation and healing, including mindfulness practices, gratitude, visualization, and energy medicine techniques. Her programs are always popular as she is a skilled, compassionate, and intuitive group facilitator. Susan is able to “read a room” and make adjustments to meet the needs of the group. She is gracious in her interactions and presentations, and reflective and warm, embodying the information and practices she presents. There are always wonderful nuggets of content and hands-on practices for any group member to take away and build on. I highly recommend her as a facilitator for a variety of groups and needs. She is a gem!
